Singapore pass-holders returning from Myanmar to Singapore

Dear Myanmar Minister of Foreign Affair,
We, Myanmar citizens, who hold long-term pass in Singapore have been remained staying in Myanmar since March due to travel restrictions. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, we now have additional difficulties than others in view these travel restrictions. Because we are visiting Myanmar for a short term but not returning back due to Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, we have various commitments in Singapore which are crucial for our financial, career and social well-beings. For this moment, we are stressing mentally and financially since we are waiting for a chance to return back to Singapore for a longtime. For individual, we are bearing enormous expenditures due to rent and other utilities while taking unpaid leave as working professionals and other critical pain points such as risk of job insecurity, requirement to return for school on account of taking exams and other academic assignments.
We agree that we will completely follow all the precautions needed for Covid-19 situation in both Myanmar and Singapore outbounds, during and after travelling.
Please understand our eagerness and arrange return flight for us to Singapore as soon as possible.
Thank you for your kind attention to this matter!
