If majority public already think that it is not suitable/appropriate/sound name with so many negative feedback. Why can't the MOE change it???? There are so many words/names can be used!!!

Please change to Trinity or Jubilee (celebrate our 50th years of achievement) or Goh Keng Swee (as it started with Chinese as a strong foundation school and a respectful Chinese leader) or a name that reflects the 3 school say Chinese Catholic JC (to reflect the strong Chinese culture of the 3 school and the strong mission behind it) Please make sure the school has strong pastoral care to.continue that tradition, mission and purpose.

Mr LKY once said, Good leaders must have vision and the ability to carry people along, in touch with the grounds. This JC naming and self-justification is again a great example of what NOT TO BE.

A name is the first image that a school projects. It is embarrassing when most public, even fluent English speakers stumble to pronounce this Eunoia name correctly. Clarifications were made that this is an English word with Greek origins. Yet, checks on dictionaries found no exact match! Eunoia carries no meaning to the three feeder schools. Why subject these students to such ridicules when they have already been denied a new campus due to multiple delays in construction? Don't they at least deserve a decent name that doesn't spark controversies?

I urge MOE to rename the JC in view of the widely negative feedback on the name. The people have spoken.

Yes. I support the name change. Eunoia is not an appropriate name for an education institution. 'Beautiful thinking' and 'goodwill to others' just doesn't resonate well with a junior college made up of 3 established schools with rich heritage and long history. Period.

I am an old girl of SCGS, and a mum of an SCGS student. Yes, I am all for the name change of the new JC. Please choose a more intelligent and easy to remember name. Thanks.
