Final supporters
We all love Sinful Colors not only because it's affordable but also because the formula is comparable to other more expensive brands.
Some of us have been collecting for years, while some of us are new to it. All of us look forward to new collections.
That's why it's disappointing how difficult it's becoming to find these collections. Stores don't get them, or they do but they're missing some. When we try to bring this to your attention, we just get the same response as always: a list of where we can purchase them.
Most of us already know which stores carry the polishes. That isn't the issue. The issue is that we just don't have those stores in our area. Some of us only have a Walgreens or Target to check. We don't have those stores like Kroger, Meijer and K-mart. Even the people who do have reported issues finding the polishes there. Now it's being reported that Walgreens will soon no longer be carrying your brand, the one store that most of us do have and regularly check.
Then of course there are the collections that are only available in certain regions. Canada and Australia both got exclusive Vanessa Hudgens polishes that the US won't get, and the US gets a lot that they don't. Why is it so difficult to find your products?
We have asked for online sales for a long time and the response is always "soon." But what's taking so long? We know we'll have to pay for shipping - most of us do so anyway because we can't find collections so we buy them from someone else. There are several websites (la colors, shopmissa, ikatehouse) who sell makeup and nail polish around the same price point as Sinful Colors, so if they can put up a website then you should be able to as well.
We just want to buy pretty nail polish without the hassle.
We hope that you will make the necessary changes for your customers to continue buying your polish.

The current momentum confirms that the distribution issues we have documented are widespread and systemic. I am beginning the process of compiling these reports into a formal document to be delivered to the corporate headquarters of the parent company.

Please make these polishes (including new releases) more available to those of us who want to purchase them! Please give us a direct website option as well as stocking them in more stores that are National Chains, not only regional. Thank you for your consideration.
A company’s distribution needs to *grow* not shrink! Find a consistent set of retailers that cater to ALL states. Send them products steadily. Boom: sales profit!
We need to be able to purchase online! Some of us even have health problems that prevent us from hunting whatever stores in our areas that MIGHT have them!
Sinful Colors is the thing that I started my blog with and the brand that I'm always so excited to review - now with it getting harder to find them, or, god forbid, not being able to find them at all, I'll lose a big chunk of what I love to collect and review. I would love to keep finding these and showing them on my blog!
Live rural MN have to go 30 miles one way to check out bigger walmarts and they have no new sets, Walgreens is just as bad. Meijer is not in MN nor is Kroger or K-mart near me. Online sales would be nice.
I love the Sinful Colors polish line, but agree with all of the comments above. I suspect that being in business, you expect to make money. I would expect that there is a very small profit margin in terms of absolute dollars on each bottle sold (after all it is a $2.00 gross retail revenue unit), so; in that case in order to make money on that product you have to sell a lot of units. You are missing unit sales by mismanaging your distribution. You could sell your product through any online distributor so you wouldn't have to have a fulfillment department if that was the issue. If you sold online you wouldn't even have to have contracts that have to be managed and negotiated with major retail stores. This is business 101, so I wonder what your real issue or business objective is.
I've been consistently buying your polish since the 90's - that's at least 20 years of memories, support, love, and above all, $$$. Please make collections available online. Amazon makes it so easy for even cheap, no-name brands to be sold easily, quickly, and with free Prime shipping that it cannot possibly be a huge hurdle for a company as large as Sinful/Revlon. You're a multi-billion dollar company. You have the brain power. You have the financial backing. Figure it out.

I’ve been wearing Sinfuls for a long time. For a while I had the cosmetics department at my local Walgreens calling me when new collections came out! I’m disappointed that it’s harder to get polishes now. People are begging you to sell to them! How many businesses wish for the same. Listen to your customers!
