Sims-Fayola International Academy Atlanta (SFIA-A) is a single-gender school for boys projected to open in Southwest Atlanta in August 2016. Uniquely poised to engage young men in the rigorous, but rewarding work of a College Prep Curriculum.
The mission of Sims-Fayola International Academy–Atlanta (SFIA-A) is to graduate globally competent, college-ready males who possess the knowledge, skills and habits of mind necessary to succeed and contribute in the 21stCentury global environment.
My signature below indicates that I am in support of Sims-Fayola International Academy-Atlanta, a proposed all boys charter school for young men in grades 6-12. Our target attendance area is Southwest Atlanta (male students enrolled in Atlanta Public Schools).

Atlanta needs a school that teaches young men how to grow into men. Discipline is out the window in ALL APS schools. No discipline, No learning takes place!
I believe that the school has ben a great success in the Denver, CO area and I believe Atlanta can benefit by having this kind of school for its young minority boys.
We need a school that will provide our boys with the tools they need to become successful in life.
I am so excited about the academy and the opportunity for a state of the art program that will engage our young men and prepare them with the skills they will need to excel in our society.

As a parent of Fayola Men in Denver, CO I can say how honored I am to see this model work, flourish, and expand to other communities. Our sons need all of the support they can get from the community. I support Sims-Fayola always, no matter where they may be.
