I think that you should be allowed to wear the jacket by itself because there would never be a reason to wear both the jumper and the jacket together.

ummm, id have to disagree. the underneath jacets will provide warmth and sustenance as we enter the long winter months. i highly reccomend anyone, ANYONE, signing this "petition" that we will NOT reach this petty goal of 200, we will not get the teachers to be on our side, as we know is impossible coz teachers care more about our looks than our education. so please refrain from signing as it is just a waster of your time. thankyou xx
