Silver Birch (Scotland) Ltd have received official notification that our NHS staff are to be withdrawn from our organisation due to local health board funding cuts. Our client manager Shirley Craig, Team Leader Duncan Blair and Senior Support Worker William Coventry are being removed from Silver Birch to be re-deployed within the NHS.
All the team at Silver Birch are shocked at this news and want to do everything we can to stop our NHS staff being re-deployed. Shirley, Duncan and Willie have been part of Silver Birch for many years and have built up strong relationships with our clients and their families. Without their input and years of professional experience, Silver Birch will be at real risk in the future.
