It’s seems like it is a bad place for a business. It will be bad for the neighborhood being that close to the houses and neighborhood entrances drawing in unwanted traffic.

This is another storage facility with several other similar businesses within 3 miles. There is no need for this facility and obviously no market assessment done by the parent company.
The neighborhood property values will be lower as per historic evidence of similar cases. The light pollution, increased traffic, and safety concerns make this project not viable for this community.

We are a community of homes. A storage facility brings a lot of constant unwantedctraffic thst has no vested info in the community. People coming and going at all times. My fsmily is against this project. At the price point of our community, this shouldnt even be an issue

I live near this area. There are too many self storage facilities in the area. More are not needed. Most are an eyesore as well.

This business is strongly opposed by the members of this community! We do not welcome the negative aspects that the Silver Dollar Self Storage would bring to our neighborhood.
