John Quinn is my big brother, literally. Of course, I am proud of him. All the praise I am reading in these comments is totally consistent with the brother I know, respect and admire. City of Elizabeth and its BOE should be ashamed of itself for the mistreatment of this good man and dedicated public servant. They have sacrificed their football program, it's players, devoted staff and their families, all for political reasons.
Any one with a shread of integrity will stand with Coach Quinn against this injustice.

Not fair to him and not fair to the athletes. Some of these kids look forward to school so they can make it to practice and games. I went to school in Elizabeth and Quinn gives these kids hope. #teamQuinn

I played for Elizabeth Baseball and I was always around or near the football team as well as coach . Very good guy and brings excitement every year. His career at Elizabeth proves he's capable to bring another state championship.

This wasn't even a football decision. Just about politics, smh at the bored of ed .. Coach Quinn did not deserve this, help us get him back!!
