I have grown up in Transfiguration and all the years my family and I have the honor to get to know Fr. Ray. Matter of fact, from some old photos, my family knew Fr. Ray all the way back when I was a child in Hong Kong. He is not just a pastor to my family. May the good Lord bless him the power to continue his service in Transfiguration.

I have known Father Nobiletti since my youth and he taught me that I'm am capable of anything and everything, even if they sound stupid. I believe that Father Ray can and should continue to be our pastor as long as he willing. Family is family.

Father Nobiletti has done so much for the Chinatown community here in New York City in the last 3 decades. He deserves the right to make sure the transition is a smooth and effective one.

It is sad to find out that Fr Nobiletti is being asked to retire when we all know that he is not ready to do so. I have known Fr Ray since 1993 at Transfiguration Church/School. We have witnessed all of the positive changes that he have implemented over the last twenty five years at Trans.
Fr. Ray is not only a pastor at Transfiguration, he became a family member in the community. He brought all of the nearby community groups together. He started so many programs including the Transfiguration Education Association to raise money for the improvement of the school and church. As a former PTA president at Transfiguration school and member of the Transfiguration Education Association, I have seen firsthand his dedication to the parish and school.
He inspired me to be involved and volunteer for almost all of the fundraising and non-fundraising activities for the school and church over the years.
I hope that you reconsider your request and have Fr Ray remain at Transfiguration until he decide to retire.
For all that he has done for the community, I think you owe him that much respect.
Thank You
