Only in Cook County can minority offenders not be charged with a hate crime after beating a white man senseless while screaming that he voted for Donald Trump on video. They all should be prosecuted for doing that to that man has nothing to do with color he is human being and has rights that was very cruel
The law should protect ALL races white as well as people of color. It is absolutely insane to not charge these individuals with hate crimes.
The proof of a hate crime was clearly in the video. It the video is legit then so is the crime.
Hate is hate color, gender, profession, shouldn't matter when itncomes.to justice and the law. I was raised justice is blind and THE LAW applies to EVERYONE.
This incident is in every way a hate crime. Stop the double standards. If whites did this to anyone of color they would be crucified.
Where's Al Sharpton defending this poor victim? Crickets....................

This is absolutely ridiculous that the authorities are "hesitant" to call this crime what it obviously is- a Hate crime. If we as a people are to have true equality this double standard has to end. If a person is attacked because of their race it should not be void as a hate crime if the victim is white.
