To the Board of Selectmen of Brookfield, Massachusetts:

We support the construction of a new police station and ask you to sign the construction contract now on the table for $1.256 million. Further delaying the project will increase costs and liabilities with no guarantee of savings. We ask you to entrust and support the town volunteers you appointed to the Police Station Building Committee to negotiate terms with the contractors to build a Police Station building that is economical and complete, and that meets the needs of our town's Police Department.
