Homelessness is Fresno, California number one quality of life issue. One out of every 10 Americans experiences homelessness. In 2017, there was a 20% increase from the homeless population in Fresno. 1,572 Fresno citizens do not have a permanent home. Fresno Unified School District states that 600 children categorized as homeless. Many of Fresno homelessness people are always worried about where to sleep. They are waiting to be criminalized in order to have someplace to sleep.

Action petitioned for: We only need 1% percent local sales tax from Fresno citizens for 10 years to decrease the poverty population;; that every man, women, and child have a roof under their heads and food security.
