Very important issue! We (humans) are responsible for this problem, and we need to help them (the homeless pets).

A city this size having one ofthe worst records when it comes to addressing homeless pets needs a Mayor who cares!!!

I thought I had signed, but just in case, signed again today. Houston must address this crisis, and we need a Mayor who agrees. Too many on our City Council don't seem to think this is important, but thankfully Houstonians don't agree and WANT SOMETHING DONE!!

It's time to do something. Please step up. Let us run out of animals to ship to other states.

We must, must, must stop this continuous over population of dogs and cats. It's past time to make spay/neuter mandatory and also make dumping of dogs a felony! I'm sick of seeing photos of people dumping puppies/adult dogs in various parts of the Houston where I grew up. Why are you not listening?

We need to work together to solve this problem. Education and no kill shelters need to be addressed!
