We are too great of a city to tolerate this bike behavior. Animal abusers are capable of the most disposable crimes. We must end this now.

Hopefully the new mayor of Houston will take this and other animal abuses such as homeless pets roaming the streets, very seriously.

Our shelters need support and resources. Houston needs to move from kill shelters to no-kill shelters with the resources to address the homeless pet population.

My name is Chico Rodriguez.,, i was a unwanted 2 month old puppy my mommy and daddy found me in the Eastend in Houston Texas i was walking down the street with this old man underneath his walker ... When my daddy asked the old man if i needed some food the old man replied he's not mine take him they didn't hesitate.. I'm 7 months old now and very happy and i hope with my little story i just shared

We need animal cruelty laws that are tough and enforced. We also need the city to take better care of strays and have an aggressive spay and neuter program in all neighborhoods.

Also need to stop the flea market sales. They are puppy mills and the dogs have parvo and distemper more often than not.

We as Houstonians, the 4th largest city on the country must do something about thecruelty to animals that takes place in this city! Especially BARC, Humane Society & SPCA. All are horrible places in business to euthanize pets. This MUST be stopped!
