This is absurd, how can 1 person (Board President) vote down every other person in this community?? Re-open our pools! We have 8 days in the next 10 that are over 100 degrees! I want a refund of a portion of our HOA dues if we can't use our pools!!

It says the person is worried about litigation. If that was true, then he'd be opening the pool.
There's only reason to bring forth litigation from keeping it closed.

I miss going to the pool with my kids.
How does 1 person have the right to keep it closed when everyone else thinks it should be open?
There should be an HOA free reduction or a lawsuit against the HOA or the person keeping it closed.
Can we look into this, pleas?

From experience, the community has a right to take legal action against the HOA.
Also, make sure this is the last time John Centofranchi is allowed on the board.
You have the power.

did the pool grinch take the petition down from the message board? If someone can take the petition signs down, then someone should take the chains off... open the pool.

Why is ONE person be allowed to hold up the re-opening of the pool????? residents of the Sierra Village Community need to take action NOW to regain access to THEIR property. They should have been open several months ago, ENOUGH!!

Pool access is very valuable and adds tremendously to the quality of life here in Sierra Village! I support opening the pools with appropriate social distancing and according to local guidelines.

As long as access to the pool & spa area is being denied, I will continue to withhold payment of monthly SVHOA dues. I demand that the SVHOA Board cease and desist breaching my rights as a Sierra Village homeowner.
