The lift has been out of work for nearly one month, which is unacceptable. The committee of Sidney Webb House never takes the lesson, like what they do in previous years, and ignored what they should do for students. We just think that our accommodation fees are wasted, because their service does NOT worth it!

It is absolutely unacceptable! Not only the elevator per se, other broken facilities (e.g. stove, cupboard, etc.) are left unfixed regardless of continually request for maintenance!

It's ridiculous the number of times we have had to climb up and down to the 5th floor because of the broken lift. Wish it was fixed earlier.
