Almost all of this street has infrequent lighting and no marking for the swales on both sides. This is dangerous to both vehicles and pedestrians, and also makes it hellish for the snowplows. A sidewalk on at least one side of the street is imperative.

Rosemary lane is a beautiful and well maintained street. However, over the last year has increasingly become dangerous for the many children, elderly, and families who walk the street for exercise, play and connecting with neighbors.

Sidewalks make the neighborhood safer. I am always anxious when taking a stroll with my children or when I see neighbors doing the same. Let the recent and horrific incident on Shreve road at least serve as a reminder to the importance of road and street safety!
