Whitestone REIT owns and manages the Pinnacle of Scottsdale shopping center at the corner of Scottsdale & Pinnacle Peak Roads.
We absolutely support the possible installation of a walkway, similar to what we installed along our new Phase II project, to improve safety and convenience for those who visit our property.

We walk weekly with three little kids to the shopping plazas at scottsdale and pinnacle peak. Having a side walk would truly slow for safer travels daily

As a 15 year resident of Scottsdale I find it unreasonable that this area does not have a sidewalk for pedestrian safety

This should have been done a long time ago.

Very dangerous for both vehicles and those who are forced to walk near the roadway.

I would like a sidewalk for safety so residents can walk to local establishments.

I walk along this path and it is dangerous with the cars so close!!
Cars some time pull over and park which makes this even worse.

We absolutely need the sidewalk. My wife and I walk all of the time and we take our dogs with us. Walking from the plaza at Pinnacle Peak or even from Los Portones to Alameda is very dangerous. I am sure the cost of the sidewalk pales in comparison to the cost of a lawsuit if someone were to get hurt walking in the road as required today - learn from united airlines. Doesn't even need to be a sidewalk, a stone trail would be fine

I have personally walked the area. It is very dangerous for people who are walking on that stretch of road. A sidewalk is much needed for safety purposes.

I have lived in the Los Portones master community since 1999. I walk along Scottsdale Rd on the dirt path to the shops south of the community. It would be much safer and very much desired to have a sidewalk taking pedestrians to the shops on the NE and SE corners of Scottsdale Rd and E Pinnacle Peak Rd. Thank you for your consideration.

Please extend a dirt path or paved sidewalk at minimum from Jomax Rd. to Pinnacle Peak. A stretch of sidewalk was added along Pima Rd. not too long ago and it is much needed on Scottsdale Rd. as well. There are so many families that would like to walk, jog or bike ride to these restaurants/shops in the Pinnacle Peak/Scottsdale Rd. corridor and as of now, wouldn't consider trying to navigate around on such a dangerous road. Please consider this addition!

Vehicles on Scottsdale Rd travel at highways speeds and higher. It is like walking on the 101!
Thx
