In March 2014, the owner of RoseTree Boutique in Ceredo, WV, was indicted on Fraud Charges in Wayne County, WV. The purpose of this petition is to get our names and stories out there, for those of us or know someone whom the Rose Tree has taken money from, ordered wrong dresses, discriminated against, charged cards without permission, etc. We want the Rose Tree SHUT DOWN!
