The reason for getting Twitter shutdown is because there support is horrible at responding back and they never respond on Twitter support either in order to help fix your issue. They suspend your account by mistake or they suspend if you get hacked and you tell them in a report to them. Also it would be really nice if they would help unsuspend our accounts when when respond to the first e-mail they sent and we responded to with more information.

its impossible to reach a real human over there. they let hackers take over my account and now i cant even get back in. just shut the whole thing down already.
FIX THE SUPPORT SYSTEM OR KILL THE SITE. tired of losing my account for nothing when i did nothing wrong.

total joke. they suspended me for no reason 3 months ago and i still havent heard back from anyone. garbage app.
