This needs to stop for the safety of the rest of community. Maybe they should have to get there on police service and have to pay for them without any kind of funding from anyone else. Maybe the will clean it up

i work in walking distance from this place it is not good for anyone including the people living there. drugs prostituion and who knows what else. Clay twp is better than this.

This place has caused problems for years with crime and is an eye sore . Owners don’t keep the property up or discourage the drug use that goes on .. this place needs to GO

I believe it may be people from out of town like Gary n Chicago using it for human trafficking

The place is not safe for our community and our law enforcement officers

The owners of this property should be fined if they do not clean property and residents; if they do not comply then condemn property.

This place brings nothing but trash to our nice neighborhood, drug addicts walking the streets , trying to get in cars . It's just gross . It has seriously become the New Wooden Indian

This place has been trouble for more years than I can count. If officials really cared about Clay Township and its residents, they would close this place and tear it down quickly!

You can't shut that down the city won't allow it or the st.joe County Police then where will the police have to sell their prostitutes and drugs out of if you don't believe that the cops use that as a place to do all their legal stuff at then you must be some kind of special there is always a cop in the parking lot at night and you're telling me that they do not know what's going on inside that Motel when there's a cop there at least 16 hours of a day but yet they're still all that bad things happening up there even with police presence Las ask ourselves a question that would mean that the cops that are up there or not right and they're allowing it to happen and more than likely it's because those are crooked cops that are pushing their drugs that they steal from other people and don't say it can't happen because it's already happened in South Bend there's cops in federal prison because of it and there's a lot more corruption inside the police department than what was just those people

A Eye Sore. So old and run down. Needs to be torn down.....
