This Petition is intended to encourage Mavericks Night Club to Close operations until such time as the severe violations of the fire code and health and safety concerns are adressed and resolved. Furthermore, operations should also not continue until all staff- including management- have underwent field oriented training and THOROUGH background checks. Finally, once operations have resumed, there should be a no tolerance policy for certain clientele incapable of entering the establishment without resorting to violence once intoxicated. Staff should be appropriately trained to deal with any infractions; IRREGARDLESS of personal relationship with clientele. Staff should be subject to the same rules should they enter as civilians. Until the buisness licensed as Fireside Restaurant and Club LTD. is willing to meet these demands they should not be allowed to conduct buisness in the locality of Dawson Creek, B.C.
