this should not be around. if it is there then people will use it and try it. if it is not there they wont/cant. we can not risk peoples lives and the lives/health (physical and mental) of others.

these legal highs cause as much if not more of a problem that some class a's in Winchester, it has got much worse now they are more accessible.

i agree that the legal highs shop should not be allowed in Winchester
shouldnt of been opened in the first place. Winchester has enough problems with drugs and alcohol as it is why add another situation !!

this is so awful and particularly its location...a lot of impressional peter symmonds students walk past this shop every day. We have a duty to our city and our young people to remove temptation and influence from their life's. l
