The shop near the station is closing its doors for good. It has been a long and draining struggle but I am relieved that our neighborhood will be safer now. Let this be a reminder that we must stay alert even when the battles seem unfair.

The emails I get from parents who are afraid for their kids on the way to school are heartbreaking. Even when progress feels slow, I refuse to let this shop stay put and endanger our neighborhood.

Seeing this much support for our neighborhood safety has been exhausting but deeply validating. We have clearly touched a nerve that the local authorities can no longer ignore.

legal or not, BB guns are a danger to any child or pet in the wrong hands, ask any vet??
utterly flabbergasted that local city council would have even considered granting a license for such a shop. Come on Winchester city council get your act together and have this closed immediately
Through work, I am aware of the dangers of legal highs. These shops should be banned
these legal highs cause as much if not more of a problem that some class a's in Winchester, it has got much worse now they are more accessible.
this is so awful and particularly its location...a lot of impressional peter symmonds students walk past this shop every day. We have a duty to our city and our young people to remove temptation and influence from their life's. l

I have 2 teenagers still at school, both of whom have mentioned this place. It's a complete recipe for disaster actively promoting and associating drugs,and violence as 'legal'.
