This is disgusting and reckless. Everyone working at this establishment needs to be fired and have their license revoked and have charges pressed for animal cruelty.

I took 2 of my dogs to Ark and both times the wanted me to do some dramatic surgery to fix them and to the point as to put my dog down for nothing.

ARK needs to be closed, to prevent any further obvious non-professional treatment of animals. Causing more surgeries, illnesses, deaths of peoples dear loved pets that are members of their family, and in some cases service dogs that people rely on to save their life. The employees at ARK are unprofessional, rude and uncaring to upset and worried clients about their loved ones that could potentially die because of their delay and inept treatment.
Please do the right thing and close the doors of ARK.

That is so sad. Wound really looks painful. Are the2 people who say they are veterarians really qualified? Also, customer service sounds like it stinks.
