This is unacceptable and never should have happened! If those veterinarians can't handle doing spay surgeries properly and safely, they should not be practicing!

This story broke my entire being this morning. I have anger and sadness built up in my heart and I do not like that feeling. This puppy deserves justice and Ark Animal Hospital should be shut DOWN.

You're supposed to feel safe leaving your animals with a vet. This place is a disgrace. Putting an animal in this condition and leaving it in that condition is malpractice and abuse. Who knows how many times they have let an animal leave their care like this.
