Our kids need to get back to get school. I think this pandemic is largely political, we are not afraid of it at all.

I am in favor of a hybrid for school. Zoom meetings and online class does not work for kids that do not have access to internetvand my child is even having issues with calling in becauae out phone reception is bad. My child is missing out on her education

I’d like to see the schools consider in class room learning with safety checks in place.

A huge part of school is socialization. Our kids need to see each other. Our kids need to get off of soon calls and get back to the classroom setting!!! Parents need to get back to work and cannot be teaching and working from home any more.

Children need to be in the classroom. Children with IEP’s need in person teaching.
How does A full school day at home work while the parents are working?

I have an 8th grader at MJH and a 2nd grader at AJJ Charter. We are loving AJJs hybrid learning. Technically is great but these kids need the community that comes with attending school. Plus being at home leaves too many opportunities for distractions. I hope that SHUSD will follow AJJs lead and shift into a hybrid learning model.

I strongly urge the community and school board to support opening our schools to a hybrid model that better fits our county’s covid safety level.
