Noticing very poor hygiene and improper washing of cutlery for a while. Also seen insects in food couple of times. This should be consider as noticeable issue.

I have seen rats in cafe that is not good for your health and also other insect roaming around further they don't wear gloves even when giving the food.we need clean environment for our cafeteria
