Very unreliable and when laws require us to be compliant it simply makes our job much more difficult to do so and be professional. Mobile app is so cumbersome and not reliable. Has taken far to long to address the ongoing issues and now to the board of directors.....it is time to react and not continue to minimize these issues.

Showingtime is a US company and operates out of the US. Touchbase is a Canadian company and was far more user friendly. It only makes sense to go back to Touchbase.

mobile app is poor. need to do most functions from a laptop/computer. communicating with agents about a showing, a property or just a message is really difficult and cumbersome. it is not user friendly and notifications are not always trusted to be received. Most agents I work with simply send emails to colleagues about offer process etc.

Our clients expect us to notify all other parties that an offer has come in and the status.
If ST can not get this working...we will just have to go back to calling everyone.

This definitely has been going on for far too long. The listing notification system does not consistently notify all agents and showing time has known this for many months. These notifications are VITAL. Also, once sent, there is no objective provable record of that notice and to whom it was sent.

Many important changes are required otherwise for me this system is quite a liability and burdensome. This doesn’t mean that ST doesn’t have any good features but they are not near as important to me as what is not working. I know myself and many other agents have tried to work with showing time directly to rectify Various issues. Very unfortunate that after several months we are still dealing with these same issues and that it has had to come to this.
