It is the worst system/program. Absolutely frustrating and a huge error to have switched to it. Highly ineffective and is causing loss of income due to it's flaws and limitations.

We need to stay ahead of the curve and have the best system to work from. Otherwise we look like a bunch of amateurs. As an aside Matrix could be better too ... and so could webforms ...

It appears not enough real world testing was completed with Showing Time. I would prefer Touchbase.

I do not enjoy the lack of functionality " on the go" and particular with showing time. I am an Independent realtor without a team and without an assistant I'm so far. I see absolutely no Plus with the system compared to what we had with touch base.

Unreliable system. Touchable was a lot easier to communicate agent to agent. There are too many extra steps for a terrible program.

Showing Time is a left over Nightmare from the Gyea dynasty and should be shelved. It has Not operated correctly since it was forced on us. The Board of Directors forgot to consult with the membership. This junk has to go! Full stop.
