Happy Paws has been critical in managing our dog's separation anxiety, They provide an important service to our community.

As a young professional couple who work extended hours Happy Paws has been instrumental in helping our family raise and care for our girl Sybil. Considering the number of clients who regularly depend on this service, the lengths taken to achieve noise insulation, the industrial nature of the adjacent businesses (smashrepairs and automotive) and the operating hours which do not extend into weekends or into the evening I strongly urge the council and the neighbours to re-assess the situation objectively. This place is an absolute necessity for the local community dogs. These dogs have a right to a place to go every day. Without this local availability I fear every neighbour to these dogs will be effected by the lonely wails whilst they sit at home. Don't take one subjective anti-animal opinion over hundreds of supporters!

In full support of Happy Paws. This is an important business to the local community, especially as we are in a big city with lots of full time working fur-parents who take the well-being of their pets very seriously. I am saddened by the actions of this rougue neighbour.

This business has been a godsend especially for our pet to socialise and for somewhere to send when leaving at home isn't advisable. Don't let some disgruntled person ruin this business.

Given Happy Paws has complied with regulations and gone beyond the call of duty to appease its neighbours by installing soundproofing (in an industrial area), the cause against them seems extremely unfair.

Having animals is a very important part of our community and the bark of a dog makes the area a lot more real than the continuous sound of grinding and machinery that has been part of the building in the area for the last few years.

I've been a client of Happy Paws for more than five years. They have always shown consideration and professionalism to their clients and community. They are an important business in my neighborhood. Since their move I believe they have done everything in their power to meet their neighbours needs and concerns. As a single working mother I would be heavily burdened without such an accessible community service provided by Happy Paws.

Happy Paws provides a needed service to the local community. Sure there may be some minor barking but I have yet to hear it unless inside the actual premises for pick up . Nothing from street entry . Think that same thing when kids are picked up from school perhaps and a bit of chatter However it's pretty quiet inside even at drop off which is for me around 9.30 meaning most of the dogs would be in the premises I am concerned there may be some sort of personal vendetta in this case and don't believe that one or a small minority should have any precedence over a community as a whole .

This day care facility is the best run and best designed in Sydney. It is surrounded by industry and produces less impact on the neighbourhood than any business in the area. Please let them continue to provide a very valuable service in this location.

living close to the city we all have to accept some of the compromises of living close to other people with their families and pets - but if people can't be tolerant they should go and live somewhere that doesn't require tolerance of close neighbours

Pets are family and businesses like Happy Paws give busy pet owners the opportunity to be responsible neighbours as well as pet owners. It means so much to me knowing that my dog is cared for while I am at work 12+ hours at a time. Happy Paws is a great business that is very dedicated to our pets and our community needs them! The staff is lovely and considerate.
