Assisting businesses that will bring tourism revenue should be high priority. I live in Edmonton, and would like to come and visit just to support this owner, bring my family, do some walking, eat local.

This is a fabulous incentive that I think more people will consider restoring historical buildings in the future!

If more tax incentive programs were introduced, there would be more preservation of small town architectural buildings that are falling into disrepair

This gentleman is doing Shaunavon a service by restoring this old hotel. Probably made with bricks from Claybank what a rich heritage building.

It is imperative that these old heritage buildings be restored and preserved. The increased tourism will bring funds and visitors to the area.

I agree Shaunavon should be happy that it is being restored rather than vacant and deteriorating. Victoria promotes restoring Heritage buildings. I am from victoria and proud you took interested
