Show mercy on Dunfermline Athletic

We the undersigned, given the 10 point reduction handed down to Glasgow Rangers Football Club by the board of the Scottish Premier League, request ... no, DEMAND that these points are awarded to Dunfermline Athletic Football Club. As has been reported in the Scottish press, Dunfermline stand a very real chance of losing out on monies owed to them by Rangers in the region of £80,000. We feel that adding those 10 points on to Dunfermline's current league tally, hence giving them a very real chance of SPL survival, would be correct and adequate recompense for their fiscal losses. And, don't forget, this would also have the added benefit of more than likely seeing Hibernian slide down into SFL Division 1, which would, I'm sure, be most pleasing to many, many fans of Scottish Football.
