I think that signing this petition is the right thing to do because it means that we can have a longer weekend and rest before returning to school. It means that the week is all in one go and it will feel strange to have an early Tuesday because it doesn't benefit many people

I think Friday is a much better day for everyone. Tuesday is the worst day to finish early, and I think everyone just wants to relax on a Friday.

I appreciate that this may inconvenience some parents and more consultation may have been nice but name calling of the head teacher is quite unnecessary. There is a reason for this change which I understand isn't about making our lives difficult but disrupting those teachers that took advantage of the early finish on Fridays. To say she's making the change for no reason is just narrow minded.

Please keep the early finish to a Friday. I can imagine it will be very inconvenient for the majority of parents to accommodate the change you are telling them.
