The national minimum wage was introduced in April 1999,its was £3.60 per hour and £3.00 for 18 – 21. At that time, 1.9 million people were believed to be paid less than that. But... we want to change this and give under 16's the oppurtunity to earn their own money and have their own job, to get independance and our ready for the real world later on in life. So please sign our petition and give under 16's the voice and freedom to have a job and get paid...
