March 4 2019 William Owens was shot in head and now suffers. Due to chad Haywood calling someone over to where we lived and led to William getting shot .and chad Haywood or talmadge fuller was not charged which is not right. William spent 21 days in hospital . and now has daily challenges to deal with like memory loss. And deaf in left ear and speech problems. We want justice
