If we knew a “Private Community” allowed short term rentals we would have never moved here. As a homeowner, I do not appreciate having different neighbors sometimes on a DAILY BASIS. Flat out: THEY DO NOT BELONG HERE

We need to define what is meant by the words "short term". I have no objection to members renting their properties for weeks or months if they register with the club office and pay the necessary fees. I object to corporations buying properties exclusively for the purpose of renting on a "short term" basis.

STR are ruining the peaceful community of Highland Lakes .Homeowners need to unite to prevent HL from becoming a STR community.

As a “private” community for “members only”, prohibiting STR’s should be a no brainer.
