I am the owere of a mobile (trailer) home in the Shore Villas Community. These are not year round facilities. Water is turned of from October to early May. This is a vacation home only. The new tax assessment should be reviewed and reversed. Kindly reexamine, this dwelling does not fall under this stature. I am requesting my dwelling assessment be removed. Thank you Catherine Blumenschein

Our property located at Block 1722 Lot 3 presently has a mobile trailer with wheels, tires and a hitch parked on it which was purchased separately from the land from a separate seller and was titled at NJ DMV. It is not suitable for year round residence and It is not a permanent improvement. Please reconsider and remove the dwelling from our assessment. THank You Michael and Elizabeth Swider

Block 1722. Lot 3. Qual C.90 My Park home is registered As a motor vehicle in NC. It is not habitable as a dwelling on a permanent basis. Water is turned off Oct to May. This statute disqualifies me from the building g assessment.

A Mobile Trailer is not a permanent building. Taxes should only apply to the land.

My trailer is not a permanent structure so therefore it is not subject to taxation as real property.

Mobile homes are not permanent structures and therefore do not qualify for tax assessment as well as cars or trailers for that matter. None of my other trailers are taxed therefore this assessment should be removed from the tax bill.

Since my trailer has wheels and it is registered with DMV and I can pull it off the land at anytime, I am requesting my building tax assessment be removed.

Since my trailer is not a permanent structure, it is strapped down and the fact that our pipes are above ground and we cannot reside in our trailer year-round, we should not be taxed as a permanent dwelling. Please remove the newly added dwelling assessment from our taxes.

My trailer in Shore Villas is not a permanent structure and therefore does not fall under this statue. I am requesting that my dwelling assessment be removed from my tax liability.

My wife and I are owners of a mobile home in the shore villas community. We disagree with the new tax assessment and would kindly ask you to reexamine the situation.

As an owner of a DMV titled Park model trailer in Shore Villas in South Seaside Park, Berkeley township,, I am requesting your assistance in reversing my new assessed Tax bill for the 2019/2020 tax year. Pursuant to Title 54 section 54:4-1.5 of the NJ Tax Statute, section a, paragraph 2 which states that in order for the manufactured home to be subject to taxation it must be habitable as a dwelling on a permanent basis. Our water connections are above ground requiring that our water service be terminated at the end of October and not restored until the beginning of May. This fact disqualifies us from the above mentioned statute as we are unable to occupy the trailer on a permanent basis. Therefore, my tax assessment should be reversed to land value only.

We are not able to live in our park model trailers year round, we cannot send our children to Berkeley schools, we are not a permanent structure and we have a trailer title from the DMV. Please reverse the new tax asessment.

We are not year round residences, we are not able to send our children to the Berkeley schools, park model trailers are not permanent structures, our trailers have a motor vehicle title. Charging our trailers as if they were a building is wrong.

My trailer is only strapped down and could easily be moved, so this is not a permanent structure. My water is only on half the year.

The trailers are not 12 month use. We are not able to put our children in the school system as we cannot live there full time They were also assessed a value to such value has no basis. We have a mortgage vehicle titkevto them and they can be moved if we choose too. Nothing has changed since we bought our land. There should be no reason to change the tax status.
