We, the undersigned, do hereby state that we as leasees/leasee represetitives and business owners/operators of the "Shops On Sugarloaf Center" at 6590 Sugarloaf Parkway are "NOT" satisfied with the maintenance & overall appearance of the center. We request that the proper agreed maintenance be provided and executed on the property as stated in the lease agreement. If these demands are not met within the next 30 days, we the leasees will take legal action against "Meadow Church, LLC and property ownership for defaulting in the contract agreement. This property is an overlay of Gwinnett Center and required by city ordinance to be keep in continuous up keep.
