There have been many requests for Shirokuma to open in Central Park Mall, West Jakarta. We would love to bring our yummy desserts and Japanese Matcha goodness to Central Park, however, we are yet to be given the perfect location because a member of the mall leasing team has said that we are 'just another Japanese cafe' and doesn't understand the unique essence of Shirokuma.
