We are a group of Shire Oak's Employees calling a voice to bring to your attention that we believe SHIRE OAK INTERNATIONAL have being done the UNKIND business in Viet Nam.
From the beginning of setting up business in Viet Nam- Aug 2019 until now- Oct 2021, SHIREOAK built over 36 legal entities and hired 170 employees. They used the Consultancy Agreement Contract for hired Vietnamese workers instead of the Local labour contract in order to avoid paying full Compulsory Social- Health-Unemployment Insurance charge as per Viet Nam Social Insurance Law and Viet Nam Labour Code 2019.
ShireOak violated seriously the Viet Nam Labour Law 2019 and Viet Nam Business Investment Law
1. illegal Hiring Vietnamese worker: ShireOak used the Consultancy Agreement under entities Shire Oak International Pte,Singapore in salary payment for a long time (2 years) for over 100 employees , they used legal entity Shire Oak Developers Co., Ltd to pay just 20 employees. Mean SHIRE OAK intentionally to break the Labour Law even the audit strong recommend about it;
2. Do not full compliance paid compensation and benefit: just 20 employees paid full Social-Health-Unemployment Insurance, remain 150 workers (ex & current) they haven't paid for compensation and benefit;
3. Do not keep commitment to paid 13th month salary of year 2020 and performance bonus of year 2020 ( According to offer hiring, job advertising/ and termination agreement/ bonus letter);
Besides, ShireOak deliberated and postponed/delayed paying payroll/commission/ operation cost/ service fee for all introducers/Agent/ Sales team member/vendors/EPC partners for all projects that were completed at the end of year 2020.
