This is a petition for Government intervention on the Global Telecom Shire Leasing Scandal. Approximately 8000 small businesses were affected at a time of economic turmoil. The courts do not appear to be interested in supporting the EQUITABLE rights of small business. This is a scandal that has effectively taken over £30,000,000 out of the UK economy. Small businesses should be supported, not left open to abuse by rogue traders as a result of antiquated legislation and case law. OFCOM, FSA, FLA, OTELLO, The Police, OFT & Trading standards have ignored us...WHY? Please sign my petition to get Government intervention...NOW.
