We need your help! Shipp Outdoor, LLC is working to bring Texarkana's first, full-size 14x48 digital outdoor billboard messaging center to Texarkana. The new digital is capable of rotating multiple ads and allow advertisers, schools, non-profits and churches, civic organizations, etc to change ads as often as they see fit without the expense of vinyl printing and installation.
Located at the entrance of the city just past the Nash Exit, the sign will serve as a stunning, bright, "Welcome to Texarkana." It will give the city a cutting-edge feel much like Dallas, Houston, Austin, Tyler, Shreveport, etc.
We need to let local city officials know that you as a local advertiser see this as a valuable medium and welcome addition. From paid ads to non-profits, this type of technology will offer local and national advertisers an unbeatable and unavoidable advertising and messaging medium.

We need your help letting city officials know, it's time for Texarkana to move into the digital age!
