if you go on "Spring Break" make sure you have some techs to help us, your players, if not fixed ASAP then we'll all have found other games that won't let us down, hope we will be all compensated for the tasks we haven't been able to do while you bask in the sun .......

My rage is aimed at the lack of apologies and acknowledgements from the developers and company. Yet the pop-ups trying to get people to spend their money on the game never seem to have any problems. A big shame all round as it's a great game but very badly managed.

Daily opps, errors and not being able to log into the game for days, has because a part of the game. Then to close at a time when most of your players are having issues, only adds insult to injury.

game loads and immediately the oops error sign comes up and told to refresh but the same thing happens over & over again.

Losing daily cash, unable to complete daily tasks, unable to complete timed tasks, unable to complete quests, have lost over 100 dessert shop cash, lost over 200,000 dessert shop coins, has lost most of my silver - close to 500 silver, has lost majority of my inventory, lost crops, can't complete goals. Have not been able to load game for almost a week now. Was my favorite game, now I'm not sure if I want to continue playing if this is going to continue and if this is how loyal players are going to be treated. Would like to be compensated for EVERYTHING I have lost!

Losing daily cash, unable to complete goals and haven't been able to even load game for days. Was my favourite game but when the fun goes out of it, I just leave and find another - there are so many options.

Da circa due settimane il gioco da problemi, e io come gli altri miei vicini di gioco siamo stanchi degli errori continui che ogni giorno ci impediscono di giocare, voi create sempre nuove missioni alle quali noi non possiamo partecipare per causa vostra, perchè le nostre lamentele non vengono ascoltate e ci impedite di proseguire il gioco

Da circa due settimane il gioco da problemi, e io come gli altri miei vicini di gioco siamo stanchi degli errori continui che ogni giorno ci impediscono di giocare, voi create sempre nuove missioni alle quali noi non possiamo partecipare per causa vostra, perchè le nostre lamentele non vengono ascoltate e ci impedite di proseguire il gioco
