every time i would make a pink star item i would get the oops and get booted off, and when i would go back all the stuff would be lost and i would try again and it then wouldnt make it.

The game for me ended when they put the locks on top of everything. I could no longer mix ingredients or cook anything or get the product off the stoves. Then we get an oops and a connection issue. I love the game but the drama just frustrates me to death. I am not able to complete anything in over two months due to all these issues. This used to be my favorite game but..... leaving it behind unless someone fixes the thing.

The game for me ended when they put the locks on top of everything. I could no longer mix ingredients or cook anything or get the product off the stoves. Then we get an oops and a connection issue. I love the game but the drama just frustrates me to death. I am not able to complete anything in over two months due to all these issues. This used to be my favorite game but..... leaving it behind unless someone fixes the thing.

Oops needs to be fixed. Compensation needs to happen for all the items / goals lost because of this. Also customer service talks in circles instead of fixing the problem that they are contacted for. Game is supposed to be fun but lately has been nothing but frustrating! Please fix!
