I have the same trouble as everyone else. I also get the "oops" and disconnect whenever I try to visit neighbors. I am one that is getting to the point of quitting the game. When all the same kind of issues happened with Cafe World, I quit playing and came to Dessert Shop. Am I going to have to find yet another game to play?

I play all the time and have not been able to finished timed goals due to the constant errors that pop up. Please show appreciation for your players and compensate for the issues this game has had!

Same as all the others, items not counted as I do them, booted off constantly with connect issues or cannot get on at all...not my end obviously if we all have the same issues. Also, if you handle the French game as I play both...I hate the new format needing parts and ingredients to finish building etc. it does not say how to get the fromage machine etc. even though I have the amount of things needed it won't say anything to tell me what else I must do such as research lit up like the american game. There are ingredients that come from machines long past being available so how do we get those machines and there is no way to request either. thank you

I have spent time, coins and cash. I am getting no where on those. I don't feel that it is fair to us players who enjoy the game and play faithfully to get nothing in return, besides errors and disappointment. Please help us by making up for it. Cash, a surprise shelf or something would be great. Thank you for your time..
