I don't think a remake is necessary. The original animation is still great. I would love to see a season 4, maybe even a season 5 and so on.

I only discovered this series a year ago, but I have loved it a lot since then. I think this is one of the most underrated anime ever, and would love to see/read more

Its a very very good anime i've hoping for season 4,this is my childhood anime, so far it was the best anime i've ever had, i've become fan of this becaise i want to see more life of yuuri with wolfram and other exiting villain, but please dont take cuteness of them... Arigato

Maru-ma is one of my favorite stories. Not only is this the best isekai series I've read, it is also an amazing parody of the overdone, market-standard isekai-harem genre tropes. This story has strong messages and themes that are highly relevant and would be deeply appreciated in today's political climate. Unfortunately, due to whatever circumstances, the original anime was unable to do justice to the excellence of the source material. Season-2 onwards, the anime strayed away from the novels and ended up going the way of the latter-half Tsubasa chronicles anime adaptation, becoming directionless fillers for the rest of the episodes. Hence, it is my sincere hope that we will get to see a new anime adaptation of Maru-MA that will be faithful to the novels and will do better to depicts the intriguing plots and smart comedy of the original material.

Not only is it the best isekai series I've read, it is also an amazing parody of the repetitive isekai-harem genre tropes. Unfortunately, season-2 onwards, the original anime adaptation strayed heavily from the source and rest of episodes ended up going the Tsubasa chronicles way becoming directionless fillers that didn't do justice to the excellence of the source material. Hence, it is my sincere hope to see an anime adaptation that is faithful to the novels and can convey the intriguing plot and the smart comedy of the novels.

Ideally, I'd like a reboot of KKM anime that is faithful to the novels. But, I'd settle for a season 4 continuation of anime canon if it has more novel-like yuuram and a better more fleshed out plot than the 3rd season.
