The Shetland Recreational Trust has planned to shut all of its leisure centres over the festive period. This means not only competitive swimmers cannot train but leisure swimmers will also not be able to have a dip. Unless competitive swimmers continue to train regularly there performance will be severely affected. This will be the first year that this option has been removed from them.
