I fully support Ben and request he is immediately reinstated as team coach and can stand for club president again at the agm. I think this has been a massive over reaction by the committee. The work and time he has dedicated to the mens team and club as a whole is invaluable and feel that this has been far to big a knee jerk reaction when no formal complaints have ever been brought forward.

This situation should be dealt with within the men's team alone, without involvement of the whole team committee. If Ben ends up leaving the club completely due to this minor incident, it would also completely push me out also. This is not how I want my club run.

I understand Ben has been integral to the Club for a number of years, and he certainly welcomed me sincerely to the Club when I moved to Shetland. He has lead by example in relation to commitment to the club and work ethic in the team, and his attitude has helped to foster a genuine team commitment to each other.

This is a ridiculous decision, that clearly wasn't thought through. The committee clearly hasn't spoken to all witnesses and included parties, or I would of had some contact at least. A knee jerk reaction without use of reason, common sense or any thought process

Ben has been an unbelievable coach for what he has done for us. He has a tough love way of coaching us that we need as an individual and as a team. We would never have come this far if it wasn’t him. He truly is the heart and soul of this team
