We, the undersigned residents of the Shenandoah subdivision, do hereby request that the City of Leavenworth, Kansas, implement an altered residential speed limit of 20 MPH within our subdivision to protect our families. We support the implementation of an altered speed limit of 20 MPH and feel it will improve the safety of our neighborhood. This petition will be sent to Lucinda Crossman in the Leavenworth City Manager\'s office on September 8, 2008.
